Znate li koliko uspomena stane u trenutak koji je počeo davne 1978. godine?
Kažemo trenutak jer je u jednom takvom nastala ideja o porodičnom restoranu, a emocija tog trenutka se zadržala sve do danas. Dobro poznati miris domaće kuhinje, žubor rijeke Kočeve i lokacija potpuno zaštićena od gradske gužve s godinama su postali još poznatiji po svojim domaćinima – Miladi i Fadilu. Domaćinima koju si učinili da se svaki gost osjeća kao da dolazi svojoj kući, toploj, mirisnoj, spremnoj da pruži ono što mu u tom trenutku nedostaje.
Iz želje da ugoste još više dragih ljudi, 1997. počela je i gradnja prvih soba i apartmana, nekoliko godina kasnije porodičnu tradiciju nastavljaju sinovi Milade i Fadila, a 2016. godine tada već dobro poznati pansion postaje hotel sa 3 zvjezdice. Uspomene su puno godina prije prestali brojati i pustili ih da se nižu i teku poput Kočeve podno jedne od najljepših bašti u gradu.
U kuhinji se sprema raznovrsna ponuda jela, sa naglaskom na tradicionalna bosanska jela poput nadaleko poznate teletine u kajmaku, mućkalice i pure sa domaćim sirom. Svako jelo možete dopuniti osvježavajućim pićima iz naše ponude bezalkoholnih napitaka, a posebno izdvajaju i bogatu vinsku kartu.

Do you know how many memories fit into a moment that began back in 1978?
We say a moment because the idea of ​​a family restaurant arose in one of them, and the emotion of that moment has remained until today. Over the years, the well-known smell of local cuisine, the murmur of the river Kočeva and the location wholly protected from the city crowds have become even more famous for their hosts – Milada and Fadil. Milada and Fadil made every guest feel as if they were coming to their house, warm, fragrant, ready to provide what we were missing at that moment.
Out of a desire to host even more dear people, the construction of the first rooms and apartments began in 1997, and only a few years later, the family tradition was continued by the sons of Milada and Fadil. As a result, in 2016, the then well-known boarding house became a 3-star hotel. They've stopped counting the memories many years ago and just let them flow like Kočeva at the foot of our garden.
The kitchen prepares a variety of dishes, with an emphasis on traditional Bosnian dishes such as the well-known veal in kajmak, muckalica, and pura with homemade cheese. You can choose from our soft drinks offer when it comes to drinks, and we especially highlight our rich wine list.
